Taiwanese Bi Luo Chun Green Tea 50g
台灣碧螺春綠茶
About The Tea
Originally from China’s Dongting Mountains and later cultivated in Taiwan, Bi Luo Chun (also known as “Green Snail Spring” for the coiled appearance of its leaves) thrives in the cool hills of Sanxia, where mist and mineral rich soil shape its refined character. Made from tender buds and a single young leaf, it yields a bright jade liquor with aromas of orchid, chestnut, and spring grass. The flavour is floral and nutty, layered with fresh vegetal and marine tones that evoke morning dew and mountain air. Refreshing yet mellow, Taiwan’s Bi Luo Chun captures both its Chinese heritage and the island’s unique terroir a graceful balance of fragrance, freshness, and depth.
