Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on food items, including loose leaf tea, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number, photographs of the item, and your tracking details. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
