Ali Shan Jin Xuan Oolong Tea 50g
阿里山金萱烏龍
About The Tea
Developed after two decades of careful cultivation, Tai Cha No. 12 (known as Jin Xuan or Milk Oolong) is prized for its natural creaminess and floral depth. Grown in the high mountain air of Ali Shan, it produces a soft golden liquor with notes of sweet cream, cane sugar, and osmanthus blossom. The texture is silky and rounded, carrying a subtle buttery sweetness balanced by bright, refreshing florals. Unlike artificially scented “milky” oolongs, Jin Xuan’s character is entirely natural a quiet harmony grown in the mountain mist.
